The Best Damn Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is one of those life staples for me, right up there next to water and fresh air. When done right, it has the perfect balance of carbs and fats that will keep me fueled for hours, which is why I eat it for lunch most weekdays. But eating the same thing day after day can get a little boring, so I’m constantly experimenting with new ways to mix it up, and struck gold with this combination. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Ezekiel 7 Sprouted Grains bread (found in the frozen section of most grocery stores), 1/2 an avocado, 2 radishes, sauerkraut, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper
